Something New from Something Old

Helen loves to use her skills as a former Materials Technology teacher and help people make the most of old clothing and to create new work. The idea for this workshop is to refahion old woolen sweaters into garments (such as vests or sweaters) for children.

To attend this workshop please bring your sewing machine/ overlocker (please make sure its in good working order), good quality thread, spare machine needles, machine mannual if you have one and most importantly an old woolen jersey or sweater that you would like to repurpose. 

BYO lunch, Coffee and Tea will be provided.
